Ahead of our 100th anniversary in 2018, we established our Group corporate principles during the time of our transition to a holding company in 2013. In this way, we have pursued the meaning of our existence in the present, while setting a vision for the future, in light of the philosophy of our founder, Soichiro Asano. We believe that the Carlit Group's mission is to contribute to society and to people. For that reason, it is absolutely necessary to establish a business foundation with continuity and to develop our enduring technologies even further. We aim to win even greater confidence from our stakeholders based on our customer-first philosophy. As well, we will continually develop new products and business ventures, while further improving our R&D framework and actively expanding into new fields, including through M&As and overseas expansion.

Corporate Slogan
Beginning with the manufacture of Carlit explosives a century ago, we have, over the course of our history, expanded our business into a variety of new domains, including agricultural chemicals, electronic materials, bottling, metal components, and other fields. As we move into the next century of our history, led by our management philosophy of "Earning Trust and Tackling Countless Challenges," we will continue to take on the challenges of new businesses, while never allowing ourselves to become complacent. We have chosen "Giving Shape to Infinite Possibilities" as our corporate slogan, based on the Carlit Holdings logo, which incorporates the infinity symbol (∞).
